All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns on any orders. Once a purchase has been placed and fulfilled, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Orders
If you received an item that differs from what you ordered due to a fulfilment error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. To report an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, we will issue a partial refund based on the extent of the damage, assessed on a case-by-case basis. To submit a damage claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of both the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible.
